①   E0300: Tray unit error: The component is not placed correctly on the traverser station. If

the component is on the station, Please remove it .

托盘单元故障：

元件未正确放置在送料横梁的站上，如果元件留在站上，移走它。

Component data 153   元件数据

Station 2     站

Next tray position is for the next pick sequerice (x=6, y=3)

下一托盘位置是用于下一拾取工序的（x=6, y=3?

意义：托盘供料器不能将元件放置在横梁站上，如果额外的元件放在规定的横梁上，移开它。

② E0301：Tray unit error: Returned component is not placed correctly on the traverser station. If

the component is on the station. Please remove it

托盘部件故障，退回的元件未正确放置在横梁站上，如果在横梁站上有元件，请

移开它。

意义：从主机退回的元件不能正确放置在横梁站上。

 

③ E0302：Tray unit error: Returned component is not placed correctly on the traverser station . If

the component is on the station,please remove it .

托盘部件故障：不能从托盘上拾取元件，托盘部件不能从下面的托盘位置拾取元

件。

④ E0306: Tray unit error: Failed to store the pallet . To start production again , please return the

pallet to its assigned magazine .

不能存放载盘，要再开始生产，请将载盘装回指定的载架上。

Pallet   9     载盘

意义：载盘不能装到载架上。

 

⑤ E0307: Tray unit error : Failed to pull out the pallet to start production again. Please return the

pallet to its assigned magazine.

不能抽出载盘，要再开始生产，请将载盘装回指定的载架上。

意义：从载架上抽出载盘时发生故障。

 

⑥ E0308：Tray Unit error : The hook action was performed incorrect, Please check the following

items:

1) Pallet (No:9) access position   2) The hook narl , If the pallet is out of the

magazine ,then:

1) Make sure to push EMERGENCY STOP ON.

2) Remove the pallet from the stage section.

3) Return the pallet to its magazine .

不能正确执行拉钩的动作，请检查下列项：

1）载盘（编号9）放置位置；   2）拉钩的钩子

如果载盘已伸出载架，执行下列步骤：

1）确使按紧急停止钮； 2）从台架部件移走载盘

3）将载盘装回载架。

意义：拉钩不能正确响应开或关的批示。

 

⑦ E0310：Tray unit : The tray unit head or traverser station has a component attached to its

Nozzle (PAD)

After removing the component, Please press any key .

托盘部件拾取头或横梁站上有一个元件站在它的吸嘴上（PAD）移走此元件后，

按任意键。

 

⑧ E0806：“NM09 AIR PRESSURE SW”

QUICK STOP FUNCTION for Safety is now active. To continue, please check the

supplred air Pressure.

“NM09 后右方的安全盖”保证安全的快速停止功能现在生效，要继续工作，检查其供气压力。

 

⑨ E0807：“NM10 REAR-FEEDER SENSOR ”

Please assure that the rear feeders are inserted correctly.

“NM10后部供料器的感应器”确保正确安装后部的供料器。

 

⑩ E0811：“NJ08 FRONT-FEEDER PLATE SENSOR”

Please assure that the front feeder plate is inserted correctly.

“NJ08前面供料平台感应器 ”请确保前面供料器平台正确插入。

意义：用于成批安装供料器的供料平台上底座传感器检测到一个供料平台来固定好，目联锁已效。

 

11）E0812: “NJ08 FRONT-FEEDER PLATE SENSOR”

Please assure that the front feeder plate is inserted correctly.

“NJ08前面供料平台感应器 ” 请确保前面供料器平台正确插入。

意义：用于成批安装供料器的供料平台上底座传感器检测到一个供料平台来固定好，目联

锁已生效。

5、联锁故障：

① E0859: INTERLOCK ERROR

LED backlight should be right, please change LED backlight , Position to the right side.

LED背照光源应在右边，请将LED背照光源位置改到右边。

意义：LED背照光源的位置不适合动作。

 

② E0861: Some pallets of tray unit is out from the rack , Please set it into the rack .

托盘部件的一些载盘伸出载架外，请将它插入载架中。

意义：外设托盘供料器的载盘从载架中伸出。

 

③ E0862：One pallet of tray unit is on the table please set it into the rack.

托盘部件的一个载盘处于工作台上，将它放入载架中。

意义：载盘已从供料器中拔出。

 

6、暖机操作

① E0903: Reedy to start warming up

REMOVE:

II Any board on the conveyor

II Any PUSH-UP pins

II Other obstructing items

Push the [ESC] key to abort warning up and to return to the command menu.

准备启动“暖机”，移开在运输轨上的任何板。

一—所有上推顶针，——其它妨碍板。

按[ESC]键取消[暖机]，并转回指令菜单。

意义：提醒用户正要开始暖机操作。

② E0904：NOW WARMING UP……

Press the [Enter] key to stop warming up

正在暖机,按[ENTER]键停止暖机。

意义： 表明暖机正在处理。
